The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, creating a
perfect getaway experience. Karen, the host, provided an excellent interaction, giving great local tips. The rooms were beautifully decorated and immaculate. Breakfast was customizable and made fresh daily. Just a slight downside was the occasional parking challenge.

we had a great stay at lawnswood guest house. karen gave us an amazin welcome even tho she had to take to her bed. super clean rooms and comfy bed made our stay really nice. the guest house is just a gentle walk to the town and sea front with plenty of places to eat. brekfast was really good too and we felt at home there!
only issue was the parking could be tricky sometimes and the shower room was kinda small.

Immaculate room equipped with a fan and heater, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location only a five-minute stroll to the seafront and a short walk to town, perfect for evening activities.
Parking can be tricky at times, and the ensuite shower room might feel a bit cramped. The bed while comfortable didn't have many extra pillows available, which could be a small nuisance for some guests.
